Using VibeDirector

These terms apply to the VibeDirector website and product features when made available. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it. For questions, contact support@vibedirector.io.

VibeDirector is in private testing. The public website introduces the product; invited testers can sign in to the protected app and use the features enabled for them. TikTok testing is limited by its sandbox and audit rules. General access and public posting await platform approval. Video generation currently runs locally. Planned features do not guarantee a launch date or availability.

Your account and responsibilities

For your account, provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and use only accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You must be able to enter into these terms under applicable law and satisfy the eligibility and age requirements of any platform you connect.

Your content

You retain your rights in content you provide. You must have the permissions needed for media, music, trademarks, likenesses, and other material you upload or publish. You authorize VibeDirector and the providers needed for your requested features to store, process, transform, and transmit that content to provide the service.

Review generated material before using it. AI output can be inaccurate, inappropriate, or similar to other content. You are responsible for factual claims, advertising disclosures, permissions, and the final content you publish. We do not guarantee specific creative or commercial results.

Connected platforms and publishing

Connecting a social account authorizes the permissions shown by that platform. Review each post’s content, caption, privacy, and other available settings before choosing to publish. VibeDirector’s publishing feature is intended to act on your explicit instruction. You can disconnect or revoke access through the available app or platform settings.

Third-party platform rules, review decisions, rate limits, and availability apply. VibeDirector cannot guarantee that a platform will accept or distribute a post. Published content remains subject to that platform’s controls. VibeDirector is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta, Instagram, or TikTok.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for illegal activity, infringement, impersonation, harassment, deceptive content, spam, unauthorized account access, or attempts to evade platform restrictions. Do not interfere with service security or other users’ access.

Availability and changes

Features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. We may restrict access to address misuse, security threats, or legal obligations. No paid subscription is offered through this public website. Any future paid offering will identify pricing and applicable terms before purchase.

Privacy and ending use

Our Privacy Policy explains information handling and deletion requests. You can stop using the service at any time and follow our data deletion instructions for account or data requests.

Legal rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted operation or error-free output. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. We will publish revised terms here with an updated date and give additional notice where required.
