VibeDirector
Your video, ready to share.
Before you start
VibeDirector is designed for creators and small teams publishing original videos to their own accounts. The first hosted release focuses on prepared-video publishing. Access currently requires an invitation and sign-in while TikTok reviews our integration. The test integration uses TikTok’s sandbox: only authorized private test accounts can connect and post, with Only you visibility. General connections and public posting are not yet available.
For access or help, contact support@vibedirector.io.
1. Organize and upload
Open Publish, create or choose a project, and select Upload prepared video. Use an MP4 encoded with H.264, up to 50 MB, with a frame rate of 23–60 fps. Both dimensions must be between 360 and 4096 pixels. Audio is optional; if present, use AAC. Videos must be at least three seconds long and within the connected account’s displayed maximum duration.
Upload only content you created or have permission to use, including its music and any people or brands featured. Your uploaded file is stored privately. Uploading does not send it to TikTok.
2. Connect your own TikTok account
Choose Connect TikTok. On TikTok’s authorization screen, check the account and grant the displayed profile and publishing permissions. After returning, VibeDirector shows the connected nickname and username so you can confirm the destination. We do not receive your TikTok password.
The connection is specific to you and your workspace. Other members connect their own accounts. If you cancel authorization or TikTok cannot connect, return to Publish and try again when ready.
3. Review the complete post
Select your uploaded video and play its preview. Write or edit the caption. Choose privacy explicitly; VibeDirector never chooses it for you. Turn on Comment, Duet, or Stitch only if you want them and the connected account permits them.
Turn on commercial disclosure if the video promotes yourself, a brand, product, or service. Choose Your brand for your own business, Branded content for a paid partnership, or both where relevant. Paid partnerships cannot use Only you visibility and are unavailable during private-only testing. Label realistic AI-generated or significantly AI-edited content using the AI-generated content option.
4. Confirm and publish
Review the destination account, video, caption, privacy, disclosures, and TikTok’s linked music and commercial-content policies. Check the confirmation box and choose Publish to TikTok. Only this explicit action starts sending your video to TikTok.
Keep Publish open while the post is sent and processed. Processing may take a few minutes. Recent TikTok posts shows the confirmed outcome. If a result needs checking, use Check status and inspect your TikTok account before attempting another post. Do not repeatedly publish while an earlier result is uncertain.
Disconnecting and deleting data
Choose Disconnect on the TikTok account card and confirm. This stops future access through that connection. It does not delete videos already published; manage those in TikTok. Our data deletion instructions explain how to request removal of your VibeDirector account, uploads, and connected-account records.
Common problems
- App loading slowly: the current hosting tier may take about a minute to wake after inactivity. Let the request finish, then retry if an error appears.
- Privacy options unavailable: account settings and TikTok’s current review restrictions determine the choices. The app cannot override them.
- Post limit reached: stop and try later. TikTok sets limits per creator and integration.
- Upload rejected: check the file’s size, format, frame rate, and duration. Export a compatible MP4 from your editor.
- Permission expired or revoked: use Manage connection to authorize the same account again.
