Data deletion instructions

Request deletion of your data

Email support@vibedirector.io with the subject “VibeDirector data deletion”. These instructions apply to website enquiries and information held through the private app, including account, uploaded-video, and TikTok sandbox data. General access and public posting are not yet available.

• Use the email address associated with your VibeDirector account or previous correspondence, if possible.
• If your request concerns a connected account, include your Instagram or TikTok username and, if known, the relevant VibeDirector workspace.
• Tell us whether you want all personal data held by VibeDirector deleted or only data relating to a particular connection.

Do not send passwords, access tokens, identity documents, or other unnecessary sensitive information. We may contact you to verify the request before making changes.

What we delete

After verifying your request, we will delete the personal information covered by it from VibeDirector’s active systems, including applicable connected-account identifiers, stored access tokens, profile information, and publishing records. Requests can also cover your account, uploaded content, and support correspondence. We will confirm the outcome by email and explain any information that must be retained for legal or security reasons. Copies in backups may remain until the applicable backup retention period ends.

Disconnect Instagram or TikTok

For an available account connection, use Disconnect in VibeDirector’s Publish tool to remove the selected account connection. You can also revoke VibeDirector’s permissions in the connected platform’s app-access settings. Disconnecting removes the connection used for future publishing; email us to request deletion of other information held by VibeDirector.

Posts already published

Disconnecting or deleting data from VibeDirector does not delete posts already published on Instagram or TikTok. Manage or delete those posts directly on the relevant platform.
